Shipping policy

Overview

Material Things ships within the island of Ireland only: Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Free shipping applies to orders over €75 shipped within the Republic of Ireland only, calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts. It does not currently extend to Northern Ireland orders.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods, severe weather, or due to circumstances outside our control.

We do not currently ship outside Ireland (Republic and Northern Ireland).

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens. Contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at store@materialthings.ie with your order number so we can look into it with our carrier.
